ORDERS/DELIVERY

At Carrie Karibo Boutique, most of our merchandise is made to order, and production begins once we have received all necessary signed documents and coordinating payment. We recommend ordering at least 6 months in advance of the wedding date. Once your order is received, production typically takes between 16-18 weeks. After that, please allow 5-7 business days for in-state shipping and 10-15 days for out of state shipping. We do not guarantee ship dates. It is the customer’s responsibility to allow for enough time to receive the dresses in hand. The customer must notify Carrie Karibo Boutique of any problems within five days of receiving her dress, that is not size-related.

 

PAYMENT

A 60% deposit is required to place the order, which includes applicable sales tax, shipping & handling, and any rush fees that may be necessary. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, checks, and cash. The total order price is due when paying by check or cash. If you are paying by check, be sure to include the bride’s name, your driver’s license number, and phone number. A $30 fee will be assessed for any returned checks. Ohio sales tax (7.0%) will be added for any customers picking up their dress at Carrie Karibo Boutique or for any dress shipped in the state of Ohio. If there is a remaining balance due on the dress, it will be charged to your card upon arrival of your dress to Carrie Karibo Boutique.

 

FABRIC

Several of our designers use various forms of natural silk. These fabrics may contain occasional slubs and gentle shading variances, which are characteristics that enhance the natural beauty of fine silk yarns, and in no way should be treated as defects. Please note the fabric color may vary and may not be the exact color you choose from the color card or swatch due to variations of dye-lots.

 

ALTERATIONS

Please remember our dresses are made to order, not custom made to your specific measurements; therefore, alteration are usually necessary. Carrie Karibo Boutique does not offer alteration services, but we are happy to recommend a professional tailor. We are not responsible for any alterations made after you receive the garment from us.

All sales are final on the day this contract is submitted and there are no refunds or exchanges regardless of circumstances.
