ACCESSORY ORDER FORM POLICIES

ORDERS/DELIVERY

At Carrie Karibo Boutique, most of our accessories are made to order, which means production does not begin until we have received all necessary signed documents and payment from all members of the bridal party. We recommend ordering at least 4-5 months in advance of the wedding date. Once order is placed, production typically takes 6-12 weeks. After that, please allow 5-7 business days for in-state shipping and 10-15 days for out of state shipping. We do not guarantee ship dates. It is the customer’s responsibility to allow for enough time to receive the accessories in hand. The customer must notify Carrie Karibo Boutique of any problems within five days of receiving her accessories.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required to place the order, which includes applicable sales tax, shipping & handling, and any rush fees that may be necessary. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, checks, and cash. If you are paying by check, be sure to note the bride’s name on the check and make sure your drivers license and phone number are included. A $30 fee will be assessed for any returned checks. Ohio sales tax (7.0%) will be added for any customers picking up their accessories at Carrie Karibo Boutique or for any item shipped in state.

All sales are final on the day this contract is submitted and there are no refunds or exchanges regardless of circumstances.
