PARTIAL PAYMENT POLICIES

ORDERS/DELIVERY

At Carrie Karibo Boutique, our dresses are made to order, which means production does not begin until we have received all necessary signed documents and payment from all members of the bridal party. We recommend ordering at least 6 months in advance of the wedding date. Once all of the orders are received, production typically takes 16-18 weeks. After that, please allow 5-7 business days for in-state shipping and 10-15 days for out of state shipping. We do not guarantee ship dates. It is the customer’s responsibility to allow for enough time to receive the dresses in hand. The customer must notify Carrie Karibo Boutique of any problems within five days of receiving her dress (not size-related).

PAYMENT

The entire payment is required in addition to all the necessary signed documents and payment from all members of the bridal party before the order is placed, which includes applicable sales tax, shipping & handling, and any rush fees that may be necessary. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, checks, and cash. If you are paying by check, be sure to note the bride’s name on the check and make sure your drivers license and phone numbers are included. You must payin full when placing order if paying by check or cash. A $30 fee will be assessed for any returned checks. Shipping and handling is $20 per dress.

All sales are final on the day this contract is submitted and there are no refunds or exchanges regardless of circumstances.
